totalCRM provides access to a white-label CRM and marketing automation platform, along with optional setup, onboarding, and support services. Our current offerings include:
Service details, pricing, and availability may change from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to existing subscribers.
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. No payment details are required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period you will be invited to choose a paid plan. If you do not choose a plan your account will be paused. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw free trial access at our discretion.
Platform subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you choose. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment equivalent to 10 months at the monthly rate, giving you 2 months free. Annual subscriptions run for a fixed 12-month term from the date of purchase.
Setup fees are charged as a one-off payment at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once setup work has commenced.
Usage-based charges for emails, SMS messages, outbound calls, and certain AI features are billed separately based on actual usage, in addition to your subscription fee. Included usage credits are applied first and do not roll over to the following month.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment details you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. If a payment fails we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to update your payment details before suspending access.
All payments are in pounds sterling. If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply exchange rate fees. We are not responsible for these.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
Annual subscriptions run for a fixed 12-month term. We do not offer refunds on annual subscriptions once the billing period has begun, except where required by law.
Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has commenced. If you cancel before setup begins, we will issue a full refund of the setup fee.
